ParticipantTotally agree on the pictures not doing the car justice. You have to see it out of the box to truly appreciate it. The problem with the tear proof wing is you almost have to break the other to get it off.
One of mine has already been baked, motor broken in and 10T pinion put on. Interested in seeing how it runs now.

ParticipantEvery injection molded plastic has pieces that are sticking out where the plastic was broken off from the mold. This is called flashing. So you may sand away the plastic that not part of the chassis or pod but you make not remove any of the chassis or pod.
Make sense?

ParticipantWhat will be the track voltage?
turboman93
ParticipantI haven’t a clue. That’s out of my knowledge area.

ParticipantActually there are a few NSR cars with a long can inline setup. Rare but they’re out there.

ParticipantI take it no one is interested. OK… move along… nothing to see here……

ParticipantI can see it all now……
Ary: “Welcome home, honey!”
Ary’s wife: “What happened to the floors?”
Ary: “What do you mean?”
Ary’s wife: “They’re not the same shade and they’re new.”
Ary: “You noticed that…. err… I mean….. I got them cleaned…. sort of…..”
Ary’s wife: “Uh huh…….”

ParticipantAry,
I’ll be interested as well. $200 for a pit box is a bit more than I was willing to spend. For that I can buy a couple of tools as stab at making my own.

ParticipantI’ll leave that up to you guys to decide. Because I travel most of the time during the week, I’m not going to be able to make every test and tune night due to work.
turboman93
ParticipantWhat Ary said.

ParticipantRobin,
I know that Marty has at least 1 but it won’t ever see track time.
I’m looking at the Coke IMSA car, well been looking for over a year. It won’t work on the Scalextric track due to the lanes being too narrow. You have to run at least Carrera track as I think Ninco is still too narrow to run the wider 1/24 cars.
August 23, 2010 at 12:55 PM in reply to: Which 1/32 classes would you like to race on a championship? #2011turboman93
ParticipantIn the Le Mans class, I would like that split into 2 sub-classes i.e. 1995 to current and then 1970 to 1994.

ParticipantI’ve been mulling this around and I would like to propose 2 Slot.it classes. The first will be the Grp. C class with stock configurations and rear tires can be changed to whatever. Slot.it, NSR, SuperTires, etc. The second will be open to all Slot.it cars but all parts must be Slot.it including tires.
Thoughts?

ParticipantThanks, Ary. I’ve seen both and must have confused the 2.
