Le Mans Challenge

[Race Control]

Anyone interested in something like this?

Modern LeMans (2000/2010)
(Open to any car that competed at Lemans from 2000 to 2010, regardless of Prototype or
Production based designation.)

This class will be “open” with the following exceptions

Bodies must be painted (fantasy liveries OK) and must have appropriate decaling/race
numbers.

Missing mirrors/wiper blades etc. are part of the hobby, but, all cars must start race with
windows/ rear wing (where applicable) attached

Cars must have an interior and painted driver. ( chassis must not be seen when looking
through cockpit or interior)

Any plastic based chassis including HRS/HRS 2. (Chassis may be braced/strengthened,
but must remain predominantly plastic)

Adhesive backed weights must be attached to the top surface of the chassis

Front tires must not be “coated”, and must be seen to be rotating when on track

F1 sized rear hubs are not allowed

Wheels must have inserts or be a representation of a “race” wheel
(eg. In the Sloting Plus line, the America, Atlantis, Mondial wheels are OK…..Sloting
plus Europa wheels and similar are not permitted

Tires must not extend beyond the wheel wells when viewed from above

I missed this earlier… I think this would be a good follow up to the Slot.it series. Wouldn’t we want to break it up by class though?
