Thanks for the pics Ary.

We will have lasting memories of that night. It was also great Shawn was able to make it back – I really appreciate that.

Also thanks for the hats, I will wear it at our next club night and take a pic.

We cannot get over how hospitable most people were in Austin. Even at the races, from people sitting around us to the officials. Some gave us souvenirs and the officials shook our hands and thanked us (most Aussies) as we left on the Sunday. Austin is certainly on our bucket list to return.

I thought the (COTA) track was a little to wide for some action racing and not a lot of places for overtaking. Hopefully (next year) they will put some tyre walls a few places to make it more exciting,

I’m back in the real worl at present and work is starting to get in my way but will post some of our slot stuff when I get a chance.

Great to catch up with you guys. Thanks for the Texan BBQ (it was great) and thanks for a making us feel welcome.

Unfortunately we are now back in LA and flying home tonighgt.

 

I will be back on here once I get onto a more reliable and faster server.
