My new Slot.it Merc/Sauber arrived today. The pics don’t do it justice. It is beautiful! No Silicone tires with this one… instead a spare tear resistant rear spoiler. (Which, IMHO, will be a lot more useful than the tires I will probably never use….)

Totally agree on the pictures not doing the car justice. You have to see it out of the box to truly appreciate it. The problem with the tear proof wing is you almost have to break the other to get it off.
One of mine has already been baked, motor broken in and 10T pinion put on. Interested in seeing how it runs now.
