Need help with HO track!

All right all you slotters! I need help to do a job, and this would be a paying gig. I need to build a small HO track that will be very portable. If it could be as small as 4′ x 8′, or even smaller, that would be great, but it will need buildings and scenery, and must be light enough and portable enough to fit on something like a desk or small table. I don’t have the time or experience to do it all myself, and this needs to be done for a client of mine in a fairly quick time period.
