19 Feb 2011 Meeting notes:

Club Charter:
The Founders have reviewed and ratified the Club Charter. This will be posted on the website shortly.

Club meetings will be held every quarter until such time as we need to increase their frequency. Annual Board Member elections will be held during the Q4 meeting.

Race Format Framework:
This has been general accepted but need more specifics details. Box plates will be awarded for top 3 finishers.

Finance:
Robin presented our currently financials and we have ~$300 in our account. This includes sales from T-shirts, Challenge events and motors, and membership dues.

Race Classes:
It was determined that the Slot.it Challenge will be run every quarter throughout the year. In addition to the Slot.it Challenge, we will add a different series for a total of 2 series a quarter. The added series and time are as follows:

Q2 – Scalextric and Pioneer TransAm cars
Q3 – Scalextric modern F1 2000+ cars
Q4 – Unlimitied GT cars

The race series rules will be posted in the appropriate section on the forum.

Thursday Night Series:
A Thrusday night series has been proposed. This would be a Best Driver or IROC series. The club would provide 3 cars, 1 for each lane, and a driver will race all 3 lanes with their controller. Series specifics will be placed on the forum.
