What is the part number for the correct foam tire/wheel on the 1/24 scale BRMs?

I thought we were using ScaleAuto wheel-tire sets. If not then the S-021SS BRM wheel/tire sets should be the same we used in 2014-15 in Dallas (true?)

Mark – These are virtually the same wheels. The catch is – there are no Scaleauto wheels available anywhere around the world that I looked where the BRM wheels are available from multiple retailers here in the States.

Ok thanks Marty sorry for being so dense 🙁
I have both
(a) BRM sponges from 2015 with a Max OD of 30mm (I assume S-021SS or equal from ’15)
(b) Scaleauto 2424p sponges with a Max OD of 27.5mm
So are both of these legal? (as long as I don’t true below 26.5) -

Mark – At this point I am inclined to say only the BRM wheels will be allowed. This will take away any possible difference between wheels you can get and wheels you can’t get. Update to follow.

Radial-TA – can you rename this discussion from “BRM !/24 Tires”
to “2019 BRM Group-C”
Cheers!

1. Go and create a new forum – and copy the posts – this thread is early enough for it to not be a chore or risk losing any continuity. I suggest using “2019 – BRM Group-C” (or something similar) to be consistent with our other series forums.
2. You can contact Brian and/or Ary on how to rename a forum. I experimented with this forum (to replace the ! with a ‘1’) and the new WordPress makes it very confusing, (plus the new version works better on Chrome) and I appear to be locked from making such edits (even in HTML).
