The clubs annual Christmas party will be this Saturday the 21st starting at 1pm. The club will provide Rudy’s brisket and turkey along with the fixings. Everyone is requested to bring a side dish, chips, crackers or dessert.
After input from numerous club members we will indeed have the white elephant gift exchange this year. No gifts over $20 and you do not have to bring a gift if you do not want to participate.
A portion of the party will be devoted to a club meeting. The agenda for the meeting will be:
1. Financial update
2. Warehouse construction update
3. Selection of series to run in Q1 and H1
