What is the proposed interface design for the voltage adjustment at each driver station?

I have no objection. I use a diode rotary switch for my little 1/43 hillclimb, but that may not be precise enough for the club.

Ary has already printed some pieces that Alejandro designed. They look good!

I discovered yesterday that my Supra white kit is missing wheel inserts.

                Does anyone have 4 spares?
                -Thanks

Completing theTara Florio would be a good thing. It would also mean the track will be uncovered , and possibly accessible for some landscaping work.

Lukewarn on Ford Vs Ferrari. Would be interesting only if the series is open to other cars on the Le Mans /Daytona /Sebring grids during that time period. Otherwise it will be an awfully monotonous grid.

I’m really liking the looks of the BRM 1/24 saloon racers. Especially if we open it up to Model kit body swaps.

                  I was kidding about the Pre-war scratch-build series. Kinda wish I wasn’t.

Russell I have three 10 inch solid rubber wheels and a 5/8 inch axle awaiting another project. They could be made available for this, if needed.

I have 2 moving dollies that can be used. I imagine it will take at least 6 to move the big track.. I also have a relatively low profile floor jack it that will help.

The weekend of July 20 I have caretaker duty with my Father in law. Otherwise I can make myself available

The cable kinda serves double duty. Half (the half with the COE) is the Body Snatchers vignette. The other half is a bit hard to see, but it’s from 20 Million miles to Earth, the Stop motion monster in the burning barn. You can barely see him in the pic with the Cobra headed toward camera.

Yes, I should clean up some of the 1/43 cars, and run them again.

Marc – do you have a vacuform machine/heater? I have a body project for you or Russ.

I have a kind of clunky home-made one. What you need made?

I have left a supply of Thunderslot tires (not legal for racing, but good for practice) in the club room on the same shelf as the power supplies. Please help yourself but don’t be piggy, and please let me know when supplies run low.

Along with the tires, are some mounting supplies. Some measuring cups, stirrers, and toothpicks for application of glue.

The glue is Smooth-On Ure-Bond III a two part flexible urethane adhesive. It has a pot life of 5-10 minutes, depending on temperature, and a cure time of 24 hours. Mix is 1:1 by volume. I have been using the mixing cups to pour out 5ml of each, which is a lot for a couple tires, but any less and it might be tough to get proportions right. You can always try blobbing out a bit of A and B on a card, or other clean surface like you would epoxy. Like epoxy one of the components is more viscous than the other, just something to be aware of.

Once you mix, the clock is ticking, so make sure you have everything prepared in advance.
Uncured glue can be cleaned up with isopropyl alcohol. Once it’s cured it can be a bear to remove. so prepare a work area with some newspaper or similar.
