I have marinated the driver in Maker’s Mark, carefully baked him according to manufacturer’s instructions, and properly sealed the window to prevent any more antics.

(Leroy Grumman)I’m in. But I’m still on the fence regarding which car. It will either be the Michelin Sauber or the TicTac Porsche. Need a few more test laps after making a few more tuning mods before I can say for sure.

(Leroy Grumman)Different era and class, but my 1:24 Corvette came in this week. I’ll be running it Thursday night for the first time.

Do you know when we would hear something back?

We’re already on the proposed list. It might take a few weeks to get the final list sorted, but I doubt we’ll get bumped.

Have a nice trip.
Thanks. Unfortunately I don’t have the keys to the car on this trip. Let me know the details about Saturday when you have them ironed out.

(Leroy Grumman)I have! That is one awesome track. Besides the incredible scenery work, he also uses an interesting alternative to mainstream digital to enable lane changing on the track.

(Leroy Grumman)Hi Warren,
I think I’m the only guy running digital in the group right now, but I don’t run Carrera (I run SCX Digital), so having no experience with that brand I can’t give you any advice on the conversion. Have you tried the Slot Car Illustrated forum or Slot Forum? There will be a fairly large population of Carrera Digital users over there that could shed some light on your challenge.Brian

(Leroy Grumman)Indeed!
So what’s left on the track then?
1) Ground cover (several stages/applications?)
2) Retaining wall cap. (quick and easy…)
3) Track signage.
