Great write up Marty. I have also been using a workbook to calculate wheel speed and distance over time. It contained one tab much like the Charts tab in the spreadsheet I have attached next to yours. It was a bit more plain than what I have here and only used motor rpm and wheel diameter as inputs for the charts below the gear ratio matrix. But it was serviceable.
Marty, seeing your worksheet inspired me to add the additional calculations for roll out and the actual readings fields on Charts tab. And then I got carried away with “having fun with spreadsheets” and added the advanced formatting to the charts to make them more user friendly and created the Car Log tab based on your workbook.
Just for fun I added fps and mph, because everyone seems to wonder about it.
