I guess my vote goes to Carrera since it is cheaper but I would buy any brand aside from AUTOart.

The Ninco’s 1/28 are pretty but that’s about it.

I voted Carrera to start, but mostly because they have a wider variety of cars at this scale, allowing us to spec more classes.

If we are considering a 1/24 Group C Porsche series then I’m in with BRM.

          Build it strong.
          Keep it simple.
          Make it work.

The thing about RBM is the cars are all very similar in performance. You can run any of the 962’s against any of the Toyota’s. There are also established rules for the cars and we could hold a Challenge Race to support them thus allowing us to attend the national event if we wanted.

The Carrera cars are less expensive, $50 compared to $110 but they are not as evenly matched. Would you race modern Corvette C6R’s, Ferrari 330P’s or the new GT40’s in a class where all the cars had to have the same chassis/body?
