A new El-Piloto series to be raced on Saturdays where all the participants would setup a car of their choice (any car class as long as it is closed cockpit). On a racing day we could draw which cars to be raced or create a table before the series start. The same concept of El Piloto would be used, the cars stay on the lane and the drivers rotate.

August 3, 2011 at 6:11 PM #1445We’re running the big-dog BRM’s this year… Anyone interested in a Scale Auto modern GT series next year? (I call dibs on the Jag.)

(Leroy Grumman)August 3, 2011 at 6:12 PM #1448Yes and I call the Lizard Porsche.

August 3, 2011 at 8:57 PM #1450I have already pre-ordered the Felbermayr Proton Porsche. They look like tons of fun. Anyone up for a larger track? Say 100′ plus?

August 3, 2011 at 9:06 PM #1451A Lizard!? You’re going to race a pre-painted livery?!

(Leroy Grumman)August 3, 2011 at 9:22 PM #1454I already do that with the BRM so not a HUGE surprise there.
August 3, 2011 at 10:06 PM #1461“Anyone up for a larger track? Say 100′ plus?” Not Magnatech.
Now; are you talking about a new ASCC 4/5 lane, 100+ feet track?

Regarding Scale Auto: Can we set up rules in such way that someone can use a carrera body with a scaleauto chassis?
August 3, 2011 at 10:26 PM #1463Second track or new longer one with more lanes?
Marty
August 3, 2011 at 10:37 PM #1464Let’s do it.
I will hate to see our current track go … hopefully we can find a new home for it; close by.
August 4, 2011 at 8:18 AM #1465Trust me, Ary. I would love to have the space at home for that track. I just firmly believe that a garage is for $20k+ cars and not $1500 worth of stuff.
