Rally Track

– Layout:

Shawn is working on the layout. Layout should be completed by the end of Q1 so work can commence on Q2.

– Building Schedule: Q2.  

– Volunteers: Ary, Brandon, Brett, Brian, Marty and Steve.

Doors for Shelves

– Building Schedule: Q2.  

– Volunteers: Ary, Brandon, Brett, Brian, Marty and Steve.

Race Results

– How to use Brian’s Excel file: Explained.

– How to publish results on our website: Video or image tutorial will be made.

Website

– Add a “news” section on the first page to show the latest published story

Track Cleanup

– Absolutely no track cleanup on race day.

– Wiping the track has been prohibited.

 Track cleanup procedure:

Dusty track (Daily): Use slot cars to remove dust from the track.

Complete a couple of laps and check the tire for dust; if the tires are dusty, clean them with tape or lighter fluid and repeat the process.

Marbles or small debris (when necessary): Use the vacuum’s dust brush to pick-up any small debris from track.

Wheel Inserts

Making inserts on the Hudy truer is prohibited; use the Tire Razor truer instead.

1st Enduro Race

– Slot.it Group C following the 2012 rules.

– Any Slot.it Light-kit is required.

– Date to be chosen via poll. March 23^rd or April 6^th.

– Teams to be sorted on the club’s March meeting.

Track Start Line

 It will be painted soon (?) (Shawn?).

Calendar Changes

Touring Series Race X will be moved from March 2^nd to March 9^th due to the Grand-Am weekend at Circuit of the Americas.
