After a robust discussion and more than a few test measurements of last year’s cars during the club’s meeting on Saturday, September 13 the decision was taken to take the first race-day downforce inspection results and, based on the variability, determine any future adjustments to the rules.
It is worth noting that the chassis rubbing on the track is still prohibited, so racers are encouraged to keep that in mind with their builds.
Also worth noting is that a second decision was taken to reintroduce the ‘B’ class with this race. The ‘B’ class will be run at 10 volts. Roster to follow.
