If you are a Time Warner Cable subscriber and you currently get the Speed Channel you should also be able to access Speed2, which features online on-demand streaming races from all over the world. DTM, FIA GT, historical races, the Contnental Tire series from the US, and much more. Quite a nice bit of content.
