They have 3 tracks:

180' Engleman Hi-Speed "Yellow"

80' Silky's "Blue"

50' Silky's "Black & White"

Planning to leave Austin sometime around 3:00~3:30 pm.

I am in. Have you called Jim to make sure the track is open that night? I would hate to make the trip and find out there is a birthday party using the yellow track.

I called Alamo Karts and they are open from noon to 10pm on Friday. There is no club racing on Friday night and the track is open to the general public. Fee $20 for 10 minutes or buy five races and get one free. We could easily split the races between us and pay the reduced rate.

Who else is in?

Jim just reminded me that June 11th is our Endurance Race.

I'm fine with going to San Antonio one day before but I probably won't be going to Kings that Thursday.

How do you guys fell about that?

I'm in.

Are folks able to leave earlier than 3:30?

Just got off the phone with Jim at Magnatech, there are no parties scheduled for that day on the yellow track. If we want to reserve the track, the price for all the 8 lanes is $56 per hour (I don't thik this is needed but you never know).

Now we need to find out the best time to head down there an how many of us can go.

PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU ARE INTERESTED AND THE EARLIEST TIME YOU WILL BE AVAILABLE THAT DAY.
