ASCC Annual Planning Meeting – Feb 7 2020

In addition to decisions about our 2020 series, and officer voting, several other items were discussed. Later this week I will post these additional details.

ASCC LOCATION NAME: Official name is 'Headquarters', vs warehouse or clubhouse or jamestown

SERIES PLANNING PROCESS
Some changes were suggested to the annual planning process;
-- At the October meeting we will select six series candidates, with (up to) Two alternatives.
-- Between Oct and Dec - series managers for any new (esp. the alternative) series must research the cars performance, car availability, spares availability, costs, durability, and procedures needed to mod the car to acceptable performance levels.
-- In December's club meeting we will finalize the coming years Series, based on research by the series managers (and if no research was done - the proposed series can be backlogged for consideration in the following year).

... and a few other details I will provide in an update. #mal#
