2026 NSR GT3 – Round 4

Racing remains very close after Round 4 of the NSR GT3 series. In the ‘A’ group the race for the podium points is neck-on-neck. The top three positions have 4 starts which gives a false impression of the potential winners. At the series end, each racer with six starts will drop their worst race. If we assume that David, John, and Marc will have a total of six starts, the actual leaders will most likely be shuffled, which will shake up the leaderboard as it currently stands. A-Group race performance has been very consistent for most of the drivers, meaning that any material difference in the trend over the final two races could also shuffle the top drivers in the class.

‘A’ Group Lap Trend

A similar situation exists in the ‘B’ Group, but arguably, only for first and second place. The real story for the ‘B’ Group is the consistent level of improvement in lap counts over the life of the series. The racers are improving their car tuning and/or driving skills at an impressively consistent pace.

‘B’ Group Lap Trend

Stay tuned for the grand finale of this race series. It should be a close one!

**Note: The fifth race in the series will be rescheduled due to several racers from both groups attending the ScaleAuto race in Ohio in Mid-May.
