The Austin Slot Car Club will be offering a complete racing package for the upcoming race series as well as the current Group 5 series. These packages include everything you need to race – entry fee into all six of the races in a series, Difalco controller rental for all six races and a race prepared car that is yours to keep. The price for a race series package varies depending on the series.
Group 5 – $150
Group C – $150
NSR Mosler – $175
Modern LMP – $160
All Slot Car F1 – TBD
This is a great way for new racers to get into a race series without the learning curve of figuring out how to set up a car. It’s also a great way for experienced racers who can’t find the time to get a car ready to run to have a car ready to go for the start of a series.
